I am an avid exerciser and healthy eater, yet after 2 children and getting older I found that it was harder and harder to keep my midsection toned. I did not want an invasive surgery, so Coolsculpt was recommended for my flanks and stomach. The procedure was awkward, but not painful and after 3 months I saw results. I still have to do sit ups for a washboard, but the flabbiness has definitely decreased.
