Since I have a thin frame, I was concerned that my implants would make my breasts too large, and that they would be very obviously "fake." I expressed this concern to Dr. Zemmel, and he did a great job. They look awesome! I didn't want anyone to really notice except my husband. They look so natural. The staff at his office are also very friendly. I am very happy with the results and overall experience.
