Three Week Update

So I'm doing really well. I would say I no longer have any discomfort. My arm tendon pain that I was experiencing is almost gone. I'm very happy about that, as I was scared it was something bad. At two weeks I was able to start working out again. I started off with just the treadmill. That Sunday, I did yoga for the first time since surgery. I had no issues. On Tuesday (yesterday) I jogged on the treadmill. No issues with that either. I really feel like I'm doing good. My right boob still hasn't dropped like the left one...but again, I keep telling myself to be patient. I was supposed to have a follow up appt with my PS, but the weather didn't allow me to drive up to Richmond. So my appt has been rescheduled for a later date this month. I would say the only thing I haven't done is try sleeping on my stomach. That might be something I will wait on:) I feel like they are getting less firm each day. I'm anxiously waiting for both boobs to look a little more similar! I'm still very happy with my results.

Provider Review

Plastic Surgeon
3974 Springfield Rd., Glen Allen, Virginia

Very nice and confident. I won't really be able to review him until after the surgery as that is what is the most important to me! But thus far, he and his staff have been great.
