I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chen and Botox. He uses very small needles which makes the procedure virtually painless. The smaller needles also minimize the risk for bruising. I have not experience such painless Botox before discovering Dr. Chen. The placement also left me with a natural expression and not a frozen look. The outcome was exactly what I wanted.

Dr. Chen is very friendly. He takes all the anxiety out of a procedure because he is so calm and friendly. He spent as much time with me as needed and answered all questions thoroughly.
