“Rhinoplasty in Panama City, Panama”

Hello, I'm a 31 years old Latin Woman who lives in Panama city. Since I have memory I have wanted to change my nose since, because of my ethnicity, it was flat, wide, and with thick/oily skin. Finally I made my mind and started researching surgeons in Panama and nearby. I had to oportunity to had the procedure in Colombia, but honestly, I did not feel comfortable with the idea. After visiting many surgeons I found Oriel Melo Estrada MD. with 34 years of plastic surgery experience, member of the Panamanian plastic surgery board and a former president for 2 periods.

My rhinoplasty started at 7 am and lasted 3 hours. Dr. Melo had to break my nose and made a lot of work on my tip to refine it as much as possible. I woke up with 0 pain, it was a bit uncomfortable but I could handle it, i left home couple of hours later, my cast was removed a week later and three weeks has passed I am still swell and had regular bruises the first days. Even though my nose is still huge, I am confident that it swelling will go with time. I am doing everything on my power to help my body to recover, I'm having some arnica, drinking green tee, avoiding high sodium food, drinking lots of water, taping my nose, etc.

I would not get a revision unless the results are creepy, my intension was to improve my nose, and I understand that perfection is not possible and even now with my nose swell I can see a major difference. I'm happy I tried this to look better and hopefully I will have positive results.

I recommend you guys who are interested on getting a nose job, GO FOR IT! visit several surgeons, investigate, take care of your body before and after and take the risk, Life is just one and it totally worth it.
