To breathe through my nose again! I have never breathed so well in my life! Sleeping is much easier now that I don't have to breathe through my mouth. I am also very happy with the way it looks, I no longer feel like my nose is the focal point of my face. I had very little bruising or soreness, recovery was actually relatively comfortable. I had a deviated septum which a previous septoplasty failed to fix.

For my rhinoplasty, Dr. Kim not only reconstructed my septum, but also made some cosmetic changes. I think Dr. Kim's expertise had everything to do with not only how great I look, but how good of an experience it was.
