“Reversible?”

Not Worth It
Spent: $500 in Encino, California

I had Juverderm Ultra injected around my mouth. I've had it done before and been mildly happy. This time it was way too much, made me look like a chipmunk and now I have a small line or discolouration where a wrinkle used to be. I did it to appear more youthful.

The small line of discolouration at the corner of my mouth where a smile line used to be is worrying me. Could this be what is called "reversible" and how can I get rid of it?

Juvederm can be dissolved with hyaluronidase (branded 'vitrase' or 'wydase'). Be careful with it though as some people have a hypersensitivity reaction to it and it can cause swelling. Good luck!
