Doing really well almost back to 100%
I'm doing everything except Ab exercises
Per Dr orders.
Tips
Have your PS use Experal a long lasting numbing injection
Sleep in a recliner or zero gravity chair
Eat or drink plenty of protein for healing

After the weight loss had stabilized I thought a tummy tuck would increase my motivation to continue my weight loss eating healthy and exercising, and it has! Although at 2 weeks out cant do a thing, Dr's orders. I live in South Lake Tahoe CA. my close options were Sacramento CA or Reno NV. I chose Dr James Murphy Reno NV. My Dr uses Exparel a long lasting numbing injection. I was basically numb for 3-4 days. Then it wears off and ouch! Tough to get out of bed back to recliner. First post op appointment 5 days after surgery one drain came out. 2nd post op 12 days after surgery 2nd drain out and belly button stitches removed. Dr noticed in the middle of incision (very common) a possible Seroma or Hematoma or maybe Necrosis. It feels like a tennis ball sized hard lump with some slight bruising. Time will tell Dr said. Watch it. It's looking better size is reducing. I feel thin!! Not having my tummy sit on my things is amazing and so worth it.
