33, No Children, Recently Lost Approx 40kgs Having Tummy Tuck, Breast Reduction and Lift! - Randwick, AU

This operation was obviously a lot smaller than my first surgery with Dr Ho so the recovery should be a piece of cake. Last night I was up walking and moving easily within a few hours of returning from recovery. I experienced very little pain and this was the same during my first operation.
I have to wear a binder for two weeks however this morning when Dr Ho came to check on me I got to have a sneak peek and was very happy with the results so far even with the swelling present!
Something I really want to mention to you all is that it's not just his skills as a surgeon that make me feel so lucky to have Dr Ho as my doctor. Most importantly he has a kind and calm nature. I am an extremely nervous patient! I'm petrified of needles. hospitals and generally anything related to medical procedures. I can say whole heartedly that Dr Ho and his team at Prince of Wales Private do everything in their power to ease my anxiety. If you are at all nervous he always makes time to discuss things thoroughly with you and you never feel rushed or that your feelings and worries are insignificant to him! Hi everyone..... I thought I would post an update as since having my tummy tuck and breast reduction I've gone to lose a few more kilos and my AMAZING surgeon has kindly offered to perform an additional procedure at NO extra charge. He will remove more excess skin from my hips and flank area that has occurred during this most recent weight loss.
I always feel so welcome whenever I deal with anyone from his practice and I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking for a caring and kind surgeon who also gets amazing results! So below are photos taken the morning before my second operation!

So it's almost 4 months since I had my surgery and life is back to normal - has been for quite a while but I've been so busy I've not updated in a long time! Actually it's better than normal because life is so much easier without all that excess skin! I'm back training 5-6 days per week, running and doing weights and I've also been able to begin hot yoga which is super hard but much easier than my other attempts before I had my flat tummy.
I was dress shopping the other day and was asking the sales assistant who was wearing the same dress I was trying on what underwear she wore with hers and she said well why don't you just wear the bra you have on........ Happily there was no bra just the amazing work of Dr Ho :)
So I thought I'd post some updates photos so you can all see how quickly your body recovers...... Anyone who is reading my profile and thinking about undergoing these two procedures I couldn't recommend them highly enough and if you are living in Australia you absolutely must book a consultation with my surgeon Dr Kevin Ho! He is amazing. Kind and caring but also so great at the work he does
