One month post explant.
As I type this, I am right around 5 weeks post op. I'm still very happy with my decision!! I'm wearing a 34DD (versus 34DDD with implants) but it definitely fits different. I don't have the upper pole fullness and I'm fine with that…most women my age don't.
I know that when I was researching explant, finding pictures throughout the post-op stages helped me to try to prepare for the ugly stages (if you will). So, I'm posting my one month post-op pics.

4 days post explant
Thank you all! Today was my first day back at work. I was tired but the pain was more than manageable by Tylenol at this point. I was able to sleep on both sides without any pain last night. I was happy about that! I do have weird tingling and burning sensation in my nipples. Weird. But I did lose some sensitivity when I got implants, so maybe it's coming back? That would be fabulous.
I would love to go bra shopping but I'm limited to a snug sports bra for 4 weeks. Plus, I feel a little bloated all over. My post op is later this week. Still no regrets!!

First after picture!
Bloated and sore but it's manageable. Definitely easier than the original surgery. I'm very happy with the initial result and I think it will only get better from here!! I also didn't realize how heavy they were. My posture improved 110% overnight.
