Saline or Silicone!?

So, I have found a couple more doctors to book a consult with. Now, I've been obsessing over the type of implant to get. I like the idea of saline, they seem a lot safer and that is important to me, but I do want to get the best results possible. I also cant decide between HP or Moderate plus. I definitely would like to have some fullness towards the top but I don't want them to look like unnatural round balls. Any help from someone whose been on the fence like me?

So, today I made the drive to Raleigh for my first consult. I definitely don't feel that he was the right doctor for me. He actually seemed very cynical, which I find to be an odd quality for a plastic surgeon. He basically told me anything other then 350 cc's with a moderate profile was not produce a nice result for anyone. I know there are surgeons out there who prefer smaller natural implants, but sheesh. The one and only before and after photo I was shown was a lady with 325cc's and when I made a comment saying that was a lot smaller then I was hoping for, he said "anything bigger isn't always pretty." I know the cc's are just a number and everyone is different, but I just don't feel for my body 325 is enough to produce the results I want. I didn't even get to try on any sizers. Overall just not a great experience.

I am still certain I want breast implants, just feeling a little bummed about my consult. So now I will have to do some more research and book some more consults. I really hope I can find a surgeon I like soon. I cant wait to move forward with the surgery!
