I wanted to add that Dr. Stoeckel was out of the country soon after my surgery. (I knew this when I scheduled my surgery four months in advance.) After my second post-op visit - I saw one of his nurses - he called me from Bolivia to check on me. He arranged for me to see an associate of his the next day. Then I saw Dr. Stoeckel the next week. Everything turned out to be just fine. He was just very cautious, which I really appreciate. I felt like I got VIP treatment, so I imagine all his patients feel that way, too.

I have never regretted my decision to have surgery, and I'm really glad I chose Dr. Stoeckel. If any Triangle area women are considering having a breast reduction, I HIGHLY recommend Wake Plastic Surgery and Dr. Stoeckel.

Dr. Stoeckel has assembled a wonderful team of medical professionals! He and his staff are kind, caring, thoughtful, and attentive. I had breast reduction surgery this morning, and I wanted to write a review. I'll follow up later, of course, but so far so good. The facility at Wake Plastic Surgery is clean, attractive, and inviting. More importantly, Dr. Stoeckel listened attentively during my consultation, my pre-op appointment, and again this morning before the surgery. I really wanted to go small (DD/DDD to - ideally - a B) and he did it! My only other exposure to a plastic surgeon was from watching Dr. 90210. On that E! television show, the Dr. came across as such a jerk, in my opinion. Dr. Stoeckel is completely different. He's kind, reassuring, and honest. I will update again soon, but my experiences so far have been incredibly positive!

I just had the surgery done, it’s 9 days post op and I’ve gotten some places not healing as well as expected in the underneath crease area of my breast, I’m starting g to worry but he’s says it will be fine and not to worry, where we’re yours and when did they start to heal? Thanks!

As of tomorrow, it will have been four weeks since my surgery. The bruising is gone. My scars are fading fast and barely detectable. I've still got some swelling and hard spots, but everything looks pretty good! I was worried that first week, but it really does get better. :)
