I recently had breast implants in London Uk by Mr Ragoowansi. I had 400cc silicone implants under the muscle which took me from a full A cup to a DD cup. I had my incision under my breast. I did initially want to go through the armpit but was constantly advised by UK doctors not to. I had an issue with the appearance of my breasts in the first place as I had lost a lot of weight, an there for lost fullness and shape to my breast. My doctor had a lot of work in reshaping my breast and placing the implant correctly. I chose Mr Ragoowansi as he specialises in breast reconstruction and has a history of working with women who are rebuilding their breasts after suffering from breast cancer. Also I am mixed race so I needed a surgeon who understood darker skin to avoid bad scarring.
