“Radiesse Didn't Last Long on my Thick Skin - Orange County, CA”
Spent: $2,100 in Orange County, CA
Posted 15 Jul 2011
I had my cheeks and jowls injected. My doc said my skin was thick, so it would take a lot to do it. Consequently, I had three vials, $900 for the first and 600 and 600. It looked pretty good, although I probably could have used another vial. It stayed the same for the first three months and then my face gradually started to go back to where it was. It's almost there now, seven months later. The bottom line is it cost too much to maintain for thick skin, but I would do it again if I won the lottery!!

I think Dr. K's prices are higher than other doctors in the area. They are within the range if she has a special. She's very nice and answered all my questions but in a very rushed way. I would have asked her more questions if I didn't feel so rushed. The waiting time is very long in the waiting room and then you go in the treatment room and wait some more. I've been to several doctors for various cosmetic procedures, and she's the only one hasn't taken photos.

Hi Janette33,
Hmmm, that's strange that it didn't work all that well for you. Your doctor comes so highly recommend and has such good reviews I bet if you went back to talk to her she might be able to work out a solution. Just a thought. Please keep us updated.
Thanks so much,
