The procedure itself was nothing , I wont bore you with details its exactly like everyone says , pins and needles feelings last about a week then nothing but slowly you really see the results .

I had stubborn belly fat , I exercise 4/5 times a week and struggled getting rid of that pouch.

Eight weeks later I lost 2 1/2 inches from that area....so worth it
