In the gym....'Feeling the burn'...........

This is my second week working my butt off in the gym and at the moment there is no difference really, well not as yet...I'm going three days a week, but next week I am hoping to up it to four days depending on my other commitments.
3 ½ months still seems like a lifetime away before I fly to Wroclaw, but I bet with all the distractions of the kids (school trips/sports day etc.), work, gym and then (the dreaded holidays), it will just fly by…mmm, we’ll see.

Poor Adam.....I sent my photos of my ugly body

I forgot to tell you that I sent photos of my ugly body (before I booked), so that Dr. Adam could see what I needed doing and how much it would cost me. I've only uploaded one photo because the shots of my breasts are far too scary; so I left them alone, lol. I still have weight to lose before my op, I won’t to avoid lipo if possible and I will send him more photos nearer the time....poor guy, hahaha.

My bag is already packed, lol.

I've had my weekend bag all packed and ready for a few weeks now. I've packed super light, past experience of traveling to Brno for my wrap op, my little suitcase was very difficult to carry, even though it has wheels I struggled with it up stairs in the train stations during my 8 hour trip home. So this time I have a small bag, I have a small amount of clothing that is in an airtight bag to allow for extra room in my bag…I'll probably be sleeping naked the whole time I'm there anyway. To be honest you don't really need much stuff with you at all. I brought my laptop when I went to Brno and never touched it, believe me I wished I had left it at home, I had no energy and was asleep most of the time, so I'm leaving it home this time....If I get bored I have my mobile, lol, lots of games and music on there....As far as extra stuff I need that I can't fit in my bag, I'm going to buy them when I arrive. 'Ryanair' are strict on the amount of liquid items (toiletries) you can carry which is a maximum of 100gs per item, plus Ryanair request that all liquids items need to be put in a sandwich bag (or small clear bag). I forgot when I travelled to Brno, I was told I would be fined £50 per item that wasn't in a clear bag which came to over £300, but because it was my first time on an airplane I was let off, thankfully.
I have all the post op things ready...for when I arrive home, I'll be able to keep everything clean and germ free. Prevention is better, I always say. As you may have noticed in my photo of my post-op items, I have Senokot....when I had my last op it took weeks before my bowels returned to normal, so having tablets to help things along really helped me.
