I Am Left with Ugly Red Marks, No Difference From Pre-Procedure - Prague, Czech

I had CO2 laser resurfacing on my fairly deep frown lines, they still look pretty much the same as they did before, I also had the skin under my eyes done, the red marks there have now faded, but four weeks after the treatment, I have very angry red marks between my eyebrows which look terrible, and shows through foundation make up. The only thing I can think of that may have caused this is about 7 months ago I had Botox injections and a small amount of filler (I think it was called Teoxane) I was told it would only last a few months, I felt it was wearing off, so when I had the laser, I thought that it would be perfectly safe. It looks like a blotch of something under the skin and I'm wondering if this filler has melted and fused into the skin, it only covers part of the frown lines, so maybe some of it had partially worn off when I had the laser, I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience? and is there anything that I can do to make the redness fade? would be grateful for any advice...thanx.
