Beware Fat Necrosis!

Hi,
I had my breast reduction in prague on 14th April 2015.
About a week after I got back l noticed major leakage and bleeding and went to see the nurse at my GPs. I had to go every day for dressing changes and was put on antibiotics. I was then referred to hospital where I was told that I had fat necrosis on the left breast. I had more antibiotics and ultrasound and was fitted with a medivac to drain this away. This went on for about a month, when the right breast then also began to break down. I have now got vacs fitted to both breasts, and am due to have surgery to debride the right breast today.
At the moment I wish I had never had the reduction in the first place. Whether my opinion will change once this nightmare is all over I don't know, I hope so, but I dread seeing the final outcome.
To make matters worse, I am self employed, so while I'm not working, I'm not earning, and I didn't plan for this happening so things are getting a little tight financially now!
I'll update again soon, but wanted to share my experience so far.

Less than 2 weeks to go!!!

Really looking forward to getting my new small boobs! Keep reading people's experiences, and looking at the before and after pics, really hope mine turn out as successfully!
Bit apprehensive still, but excited too.
I go out to Prague on 13th April, and have the op on 14th.
I have decided to ask to go down to a B cup if Im given the choice? Don't know how much of that is up to me, or whether its just what the surgeon decides?
I'm also a little unsure on recovery time for work? I'm a self employed massage therapist, which is pretty strenuous on my arms and shoulders. I'm planning on 4 weeks. Can anyone advise as to whether this seems realistic?

other picture of now. It hadn't attached for some reason!
