I had breast implants put in by dr zeff...my right breast was naturally larger than my left as with most woman...his solution to this was to remove a large chunk of breast tissue from my right breast to even them out instead of filling the implant less...now my breasts are extremely lopsided and my right implant has moved down my chest and looks terrible
