YAY! 12 days post op- feeling like myself again!
Hi every one! Back at work 2 days now and things are going well. I must say I was very swollen on day 9 and my massage therapist did a lymphatic drainage massage, WOW! It helped me tremendously. Slowly moving after sitting for 30 minutes - I have a desk job so I try to stand and move around often. My pants are still snug so lots of swelling left but so far I am feeling good. Posting a picture, I can see my ab muscles already! Most exciting thing I have experienced since I never had this even before pregnancy and massive exercise. Good luck to those beginning this journey. It's so worth it!

My swelling is so bad around my incision and where lipo was done on my flanks. Doc removed 5lbs of love from my abdomen as well as 125cc lipo on each side. Cant wait to shrink down and feel slightly normal.
