Ready to Complete Mommy Makeover!! - 2 months, still going to drop??

I had a full tummy tuck in april and was so happy with the results that I am more than ready to finish off the look with some new boobs!! I am a 34 year old mother of two who is ready to have my body back!! I am 5'3 110 lbs. From what I hear the tummy tuck is a much harder surgery to recover from so I'm not really nervous about the boobs. At my consult I had a huge grin on my face the whole time. I am using the same PS so I am already comfortable with him and his staff!!!

Well I am a week out for surgery. Of course I developed a cough and have been getting massive headaches. I only have a few more days of taking medicine for the headaches and then I have to stop for the surgery, so hopefully I don't get any more. The cough just sucks. As long as I dont have a fever they will still procede. I had a cough after my tummy tuck and I thought I was going to die!! Hopefully if I cough after BA it won't be as bad. I had my preop yesturday with the nurse and all that went fine. It turns out he ordered 4 different sizes to choose from with the 4th being even larger!! I hope thats a good sign since I don't want to have size regrets. I only need to fill one RX since I have everything left over from the TT. Oct 10th will be exactly 6 months from my TT (April 10th). I plan on cleaning the house this weekend since I am working up to the day of surgery!!

Day after surgery and doing ok. I wound up 380cc. My cough hasn't been a problem. It doesn't even hurt when I cough. I was a little queezy after but got through it. Eating better today just really thirsty and soo tired. Pain pills make me so tired which I think is a good thing. I go back today to see the doc. I will update later!

Still doing ok as long as I'm on my pills. My PS squeezed my breasts yesturday and I thought I was going to die it hurt so bad. I have to go back today and get one of those straps to wear. I noticed my tummy looks swollen. Has anyone else had that problem? I'm already doughting the size. They dont look that big to me :(

I'm down in the dumps today. I'm actually wondering if I should have done this in the first place. I'm so sore and tired, the strap is so uncomfortable. My back and neck ache. I'm in a bad mood and my kids are driving me crazy and its not their fault. I'm an idiot to think this was going to be so much easier than a tummy tuck. My stomach is also puffy and I hope thats from the boobies. :(

Well I saw the doctor today and I got the ok to sleep on my side, take a bath, drive and increase my activity. I still have to wear the horrible strap, but my implants have dropped some so I guess it's worth it. I was also shown how to squeeze my implants twice a day. Overall I am feeling better physically and mentally :)

Today I am 2 weeks post op. I am still wearing the horrible strap. I have to go back to work next week and hopefully hide it. I wear scrubs so hopefully I can hide it. I don't see my PS until Nov 5 and I am hoping he'll tell me I can stop the strap. I did develop a reaction to the glue they use on the tape. Last sunday night I was so itchy and the next day at my appt they took the tape off and it was solid red and a little raised. My incisions were inframammory. I am only using tape so the redness will go away. I have some new bruising forming which I was told was ok. I also have alot of pain on my left side, low under the armpit, basically the very edge of the implant. Tylenol seems to help yhank goodness since it can really hurt sometimes and the pain is very constant. I was told it was also normal. He said by digging around in that area more preserved nipple sensation which I have plenty of so I guess thats good :)

Well today I got the all clear to do everything. No more strap, sleep without a bra, lie on my stomach, push ups and wear any bra. I am so glad I don't have to wear the strap anymore. I developed a horrible rash from it so I am soooo itchy. My right breast is a little higher than the left but hopefully it will catch up. I was shown a different way to massage them. I can feel a bubble on the right and was told I'm feeling the implant since the skin is thin there and I will always feel it. That kinda sucks. Has anyone else experienced that?

So I went to VS yesturday and they measured me at a 32DD! I couldn't believe it. They must run small because I don't think I am that big. In a cheaper bra from kohls I am wearing a 34C. What do you guys think?

Speaking of VS bras, I'm thinking of returning mine. I think they are so uncomfortable! I think my boobs are close together and it seems like the edge of the underwire is poking into my boobs. But then again, maybe they need to drop more. Anyone else have this problem?

I am two months and a week out and loving the boobies. I still wish they were bigger sometimes, but I can't complain since I look like the pictures I showed my PS. I can also feel the implants alot and I wonder if I went bigger if I would feel them even more. I don't think they have changed much from 1 month to two so I was wondering if they are done dropping and even fluffing????
