“Pleased with my restylane for sagging nasolabial folds (late 40s)”
Restylane: Worth it
Cost: $400
Pain: Mild
Pain: Mild
Restylane satisfaction: Excellent
I recommend my Restylane provider: Sign in or join to view provider name
Why: The first person who administered my Restylane was a facial plastic surgeon. The second time, a physician's assistant at the same provider. Both did a fine job.
At age 47, I had some mild sagging in my nasolabial areas on my face...no deep wrinkles, however.
After several consults with a variety of different doctors, I opted for Restylane. My first syringe cost $400, but we only used half of it, and 6 months later, I went back for the other half. I repeated this protocol the following year, and as I near age 50, I still have a good result. The pain was mild, but I took no numbing cream or other form of anesthetic.
The Restylane helped to fill out my lower face and when I smile (even a BIG smile), there are no major smile lines. The look is very natural and I would do it again.

Do you find that you need less Restylane each time you get a treatment. (In other words, is ti possible for the cost to go down over time, due to needing less filler?)

yes. fillers over time help stimulate your own collagen which means u will need less over time
