a couple years back, before my acne became cystic and serious on my jawline, my old dermatologist put me on accutane. i was on accutane for less that a month where i immediately saw side effects. dry skin, chapped lips, but no depression. i noticed my oily face disappear and acne came to bay but could not last 5 more months of it. right now my main concern are my scars. after i look into fraxel laser, i might go back and do the accutane. (remember, they say you can not do any sort of laser 6 months after accutance). hence why im doing things a little backwords.

I hope the laser treatment goes well for you. If the side effects were somewhat mild, going back on it might be a great option. Keep us posted if you decide to do it again!!
