Dr fernau is an excellent surgeon and genuine human being. You can tell that he is in this business for the right reasons and not just to make money. He really does care about each and everyone of his patients and will take as much time as needed to make you feel comfortable and make sure you recieve the best outcome. His staff and super friendly and are there to assist you in any question or concerns you have. This office has such a pleasant, warm and comforting atmosphere and I really don't have one complaint to give.
