Just over a year post op!

Hi guys!
So last time I left you some scary photos of what can go wrong (and did, for me). But I have just gone over the one year mark and am very happy with everything! My belly is still flat, even when my weight fluctuates- I just bulge at the hips! Haha.

My boobies have healed really well. I will always have a bigger scar on my left breast, because of that naughty incision coming open and that stupid WA doctor, who gave me the totally wrong advice! But all in all, I'm really happy with the way it all looks. Well proportioned, perky and womanly! I love my new curves :)

I want to get some dental work done next! We'll see :)

Complications

7 weeks post tummy tuck & 6 & half weeks post breast lift/reduction with implants

Okay so tummy looks amazing and flat! only problem I had was my belly button is now an "outie" LOL! and I've put on some weight because I haven't been able to do my usual amount of exercise.

Breasts were a different story unfortunately. I had one of my incisions (from nipple to bottom of left breast) split! It was awful and happened so quickly, like overnight! I went to see a doctor who had no idea what he was talking about (the only downfall to having an operation overseas). The doctor wanted to put a dressing on that would ultimately dry it out and make it heal from the sides and form a scab, rather than allowing the wound to heal from the bottome up (repairing the tissue)a. Luckily, my beautiful mother in law is a nurse and straight away didn't agree with the doctor and insisted she do the dressings and use materials that would encourage the wounds to heal from the flesh at the bottom. The doctor made it worse and luckily we changed it when we did or it would have been much worse.

Im now finally healing the left breast but it was quite scary! Over all though, I am very happy with my breasts and finally my boobs are bigger than my belly!! Wooo hooo!! I will pop some photos up of my journey so far :)

Much love x
