Before choosing a surgeon to do my facelift I spoke to four different women who had work done by Dr. John Ward. I saw the results in person and one of the women had her work done over ten years ago. They all looked amazingly beautiful and had nothing but good things to say about Dr. Ward. I did some research online and found him to be one of the top rated Plastic Surgeons in Arizona as well as in the entire country. I made an appointment and from the minute I walked into the office I felt completely at ease. The doctor himself was warm and patient and explained everything to me in detail. He answered all my questions and even gave me an extra appointment because I had more concerns that came up at a later date. The office staff was wonderful. Everyone was professional, courteous, warm and kind.
