Almost two weeks post op
Feeling better and better about this! I tried on the swimsuit from my "before" pics and I can't believe it's me!
I went back to the gym starting last Friday and have ridden the recumbent stationary bike several times -- even tried a bit of ab work. May have overdone it. :( Had to take some diazepam to stop the searing feeling underneath my left side. Hope I didn't mess anything up!!!

One week post op
For the first time in my life, I have boobies!!!!
I wanted to hug my PS when I saw him yesterday. I'm still sore, a bit bloated, taking 1/2 of a valium each day and sleeping in a chair, but wow... I think this is really going to be worth it!! My doc said the textured Sientras take a month longer to drop, so I won't see the final result until mid-July at the earliest. But if I'm happy now, he says I'll be thrilled when I see the final result. :)
I can't even begin to describe how much more feminine this already makes me feel. I can't wait to get out of the surgical granny bra and see what they look like in something pretty.
And I have to say it again... My doctor is amazing. He not only gave me exactly what I wanted physically, but he impresses me with his kindness and patience every time I see him. Truly a blessing to have found him.
