Incisions on my BA

I have a question. So I did my BA 12 days ago. My incisions are looking pretty good but when when I touch them, it feels really hard unerneath the skin of the incision. Is that normal. I dont think its mondor's cord because I cant see anything. Its just felt under the skin. Is this common?

One week post-op

So one week ago today, I went for my BA. I went with 397cc. I was an A cup originally. The recovery has not felt like a recovery at all. Not even the day of surgery was bad. I haven't experienced any pain whatsoever, only soreness. Keep in mind I've always had a high pain tolerance. But even then, it literally has been a walk in the park. The only thing that would knock me out was the Valium. I could literally sleep aaaall day and still sleep all night. I've been off pain meds for about 4-5 days. So I basically only took pain meds the first two days. I've noticed some dropping already;although one is dropping faster than the other. They are beginning to feel soft also. And I can kinda squeeze them together now. I took off the steri strips that were over my incisions. The incisions dont look too bad. Does anyone know if the breasts tend to look bigger and heavier once they drop, or do they look smaller? Ive heard both ways but wanted to know of some of your personal experiences. Anyway, here are a couple of pictures.

5 days post-op

Im off meds 100%. Tight and sore feeling still there. Just waiting on them to drop and fluff. So far, Im liking. :)
