Bra Size!
Victoria's Secret measured me terribly! Right after surgery, they had me at a 36D. They seemed to fit well but, as the swelling has gone down and I've also lost weight, they weren't fitting right. I went back in to get measured and she said I was still a 36D but I could try 34DD, if I wanted a tighter band. I tried those on and they seemed okay but I don't know. I felt compelled for a second opinion so I went to Nordstrom.
I'm actually a 34DDD! No wonder the VS bras didn't fit right. I got two Natori bras in my correct size and I'm so much more comfortable, it's unbelievable.
I'm shocked and appalled by VS' measuring. I thought my boob bra pain was because I'd had surgery, not because I was wearing ill fitting bras.

I know it's early...
But I couldn't pass up $17 bras at Victoria's Secret semi annual sale. I'm measuring at a 36D right now. I'll be clear to wear wireless bras in a week so I figured it would be fine to buy a couple now. So that's what I did... Got two wireless ones and a pushup that I'll have to wait and wear when I'm ready. I have 90 days to return it so I figured why not?
Saw the Dr when I was 10 days post op and he said they were looking great. He seemed genuinely surprised, even, that they were looking as good as they do and said that they should be amazing when everything's done settling.
I've decided to wait to show unclothed pictures until I can take one that I'm proud of. Sorry. The changes have been incredible but I hate that pictures don't do the real ones justice and it would be embarrassing to post it.
