Five months!

I can't believe it's been that long since surgery. I intended to post here more often.
I started back to boxing three minths after surgery. A few weeks into it, I woke up with frozen shoulder! They say it's unrelated to the surgery or boxing but I think I didn't do anything for three months and then went back at a level that my body wasn't ready for. Anyway, I have been in PT for weeks now and I finally got a cortisone shot which seems to have helped. The good news is I have maintained my weight.
I still have swelling from time to time and when I run it feels wierd-I guess it's still numb.
I have a hard time finding pants to fit. I feel like I am in between a 10 and a 12, plus I have a short waist. What fits best is lower rise pants but I don't know if they are appropriate for my age and they are hard for me to find.
I have adjusted to buying lower underware instead of full panties that go upto my belly button.
My scar is beautiful. I apply the Aragon oil and lotion regularly. I also love not having a FUPA.
I do feel like my thighs are bigger and I seem to hit my hips and upper thighs on things a lot.
It's almost hard to believe it's me when I look in the mirror. I do not miss that lower flap at all!
I can't wait to get a breast lift This fall.

Week 8 photos

The muscle soreness is almost gone. I have been sleeping in my own begin my side this week.
I have taken the binder off. Sometimes I wear the waist trainer with the spanx like shirt that I am wearing in these photos.
I start out so good in the morning. By the end of the work day I am so swollen it hurts my skin and my incision.
I took the Scar Away strips off yesterday. I had another red spot and I decided to apply oil to wear the tape had rubbed.
I plan to put them back on but I needed a break.
I did get a lymphatic massage last week which was amazing! She gave me some instruction on how to massage my belly and it does help.
I really want to go back to boxing but I think I need to wait awhile longer. I can take the stairs and walk. Not sure if I am up to boxing.
I'd like to fast forward past this part to summer!
I do get a lot of compliments about how good I looks I that is great!
I love wearing underwear where it's suppose to be worn!

Little holes

7 weeks and I have two little holes that haven't healed and I now have a red spot that doesn't look good.
I keep neosporin on the open ones. I called to see what else to do. Not awful, just a bummer.

Dr. Olson has done amazing work on my lower body lift. He is meticulous. I would highly recommend him. His staff is just as kind, responsive and professional as he is. He put me at ease, answered all of my questions (sometimes more than once because I needed the reassurance), spent time with me where I never felt rushed, and used this amazing dermabond to cover the incisions, which are so low! I can't wait for the breast reduction and lift procedure.
