Hello every one, First of all I am so appreciative of every one who gives their review here. It is very much helpful for people like me and Thanks a million to all of you.

Now about myself--I am 32 and have two kids, 3yr old and one 1yr old. After 2 C-sections and losing pregnancy weight, currently I am at 130lb. The problem is i have pouch and still looks like I am 5 month pregnant. I was at a family function past weekend and people ask me if I am pregnant again???????? SO!!!!!!! After reading these reviews I have decided to get TT.

Can any one suggest list of questions that I must ask my doc during first visit. Thanks a lot for your help….

Thank you all for your suggestion. I do have one question? Currently I weigh 130LB and my goal is to be around 120lb to 115lb. Now the problem is I work fulltime and have two kids. So I really feel guilty about now spending time with my kids. I do not work out or go to the gym. Only exercise I get is when I am playing with my kids and doing the housework. I am reasonably active though. I try to play with them for one and half hour every day. my qyestuib is:Should I lose this weight first and then go to the doc or just go to the doc and see what he says? I called two different docs and both charge around $150.00 for visit.

The reviews are so helpful, aren't they? I hope your tummy tuck goes really well. Here's a link to our tummy tuck guide that includes a list of questions to ask during your consultation.

Congrats!! I'm having a tummy tuck in 2 days. I have 2 babies as well. I would ask your doctor about your drains and of course any possible negative effects. I would also ask him to go through step-by-step of what happens during surgery. You can never be to informed on your procedure.

Hi, I am so excited for you!! I live in Philly too. I have 3 beautiful girls. And I am getting my TT tomorrow!!! (So excited & nervous) I would ask to see his before & after pics, I would make sure he is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. I would also ask where the operation is being performed. I was a little apprehensive of Dr's who performed the surgery in "Well Centers" or their offices & not in a hospital. My Dr performs the surgeries at Pennsylvania Hospital, which is where I had my girls, its a good hospital that I feel comfortable with. Good Luck & keep us posted!!

Gina, First my dr is Dr Scott Brennman w/ Pennsylvania Hospital on 8th & Spruce. He has been wonderful. And he does not charge for consultations. Second, I was very active before my surgery. I worked out 3-4 times a wk. I too have kids (3girls) & work a full time job. I would do my workouts after they were asleep or before they woke up. I ran 5miles 3 times a day & would lift weights 3 times a day. How tall are you? Bc I was 5'4" & 127lbs prior ro surgery but a fit 127. and at 10days post op I am 120lbs. I had no appetiate for days, still dont have much of one. Anyway, I have heard that you should be close to your ideal weight for maximum results. But more then that you need to be in shape!!!! You will need your arms & legs to do the things your stomach normaly does. You don't realize how much you use your stomach muscles. Just to get out of a chair!!! That's my advice. Good Luck to you!!

hey Gina...I sent you an email, but here are a few other bits of info...Dr. Learn is the only board certified woman plastic surgeon in Lanc. Co. she charged 50.00 for the consultation and that fee was applied to the surgery. She really listened and has a sense of humor (important to me!!) anything else, let me know:-)
