I was very thin and decided to get breast implants after having a baby and also breast feeding. My implants did not drop correctly because of my thin muscular chest. Dr Gottlieb did not give up on me until he was satisfied and he did drop both implants for me. My breast look and feel so natural and they are beautiful girls! Would recommend Dr Gottlieb to anyone! The staff are also very sweet and go out of their way for you!

Did you get saline or silicone? How many ccs? Did you need a lift? I am scheduled to get a lift and augmentation in May.
