19yrs Wanting Full Perky Breasts. 300cc - Australia

I had been wanting this procedure done for a long time, my natural breasts were not full enough and tended to sag more than I would consider normal for someone my age with no children. I did a lot of research, and had numerous consolations with Different surgeons and 'company's'. 2 of my consultations were with overseas company's where one I only skyped with the surgeon, and the other, a young lady who had her breasts done by the company who just took photos and sent them to all different surgeons in Thailand. Those 2 places were extremely cheap, and I would of got a 'holiday' out of it but my mum was persistent and begged for me to just have a consult with a Perth based company so I tried 'absolute cosmetics' my consultation again was just with a nurse, she told me I would need to go for a large size implant to fill out my breast ( 500cc ) I then discovered the man who would be doing my procedure was not a plastic surgeon and was only a cosmetic one so he did not have the extensive training and qualifications I would require for someone to touch and potentially ruin my body. I FINALLY found the Western Australian Plastic Surgery Centre they have a range of surgeons who are plastic and reconstructive surgeons with long lists of qualifications and achievements
(I googled it) so I had a consultation with one surgeon from there, and felt a little rushed and not important as if the surgeon was to busy and wanted me in and out while answering phone calls on his/her mobile. My mum then had a look at the other surgeons who are apart of the centre, read a lot of reviews and said i must go see Mark Hanikeri, he travels to my home town (2 hours from Perth ) every so often so it was a perfect opportunity to go and have a consultation. The consolation went really well, he made me feel 100% comfortable the entire time, gave me all information I required, really listened to what I was saying, gave me different sizers (fake implants to get a idea of what they would look like on me) he measured my breasts and worked out what would suit my body ect ect .. I left that consultation feeling so confident and content in my decision that I wanted him to be my surgeon. I booked in for my surgery a few weeks later, then had another consultation to finalise all the decisions of the size I wanted to be and what I wanted to achieve from the surgery. As my nipples were slightly pointing down and my breasts were slightly saggy I did need a lift, but I did not want the 3 scars (under the breast crease, a vertical line up to my nipple, and around the nipple) so mark suggested a peri areolar lift, this is just lifting the skin around the nipple (not to sure how it works) - this is something the overseas company's said was impossible and I would have to have the lift done with all 3 scars. After I left that day, Mark sent me 3D computer generated stimulation's of my actual body with what the implants and lift would look like- very impressive. Anyways so everything went just as id hoped my surgery was on the 17th of September and I'm 8 days post op. I feel better each day, I'm still tight in the chest but it's expected considering. My time in hospital was amazing, the care i received was outstanding the staff at Cambridge Day Surgery made me feel so comfortable and looked after, especially the night staff.. I personally wanted to stay another night! I could not imagine being in a foreign country having everything I just explained with my consultation with Mark happen the same day as surgery and having to make all those decisions about sizes on the spot! - that's even if they do any of that. I know the cost of my surgery was a lot more than overseas prices, but it was worth every cent! I don't regret it at all. That's my journey from the start, and I'm so pleased with how it's ended I would recommend my surgeon Mark Hanikeri to anyone wanting any type of breast surgery the result is amazing and I couldn't be happier!
