“Eyeliner done 20 yrs ago”

Upper & lower:
After the RN (nurse) finished, I noticed what seemed to be a black & blue streak coming from one upper lid line(done in black). I thought it would go away, but when it didn't I went back to her & she refunded my money, which I spent on laser removal by a Dr. I needed 2 laser treatments, but each time the doc didn't seem able to zap quite all of the "overage." He refused to "finish" the job he thought was "done." Guess he couldn't see what I did. Anyway, It was $450 to get it "fixed."

I was warned that I may reget it, but I knew I wouldn't and am still happy with the way it looks.
I get compliments from all my eye-doctors.
