“Permanent eyebrow makeup; completely worth it in the end.”
Permanent makeup: Worth it
Pain: Mild
TOTALLY WORTH IT IN THE END; EVEN AFTER SOME SET BACKS
I went to get my eyebrows done about 3 weeks ago. The woman I go to works in a salon and she has been doing my hair for about a year now, so I trusted her. I went to her house to have them done, I was very worried but knew she would do a good job.
I left that night, not very satisfied with the outcome but read that it will get better in time, so I went with it. About 5 days later it started to scab over and peel off, the only problem was that there was NO color underneath, like she hadn't even gone deep enough below the skin. I went back to her to show her what was happening, and by that time, all the color was completely gone like I never even got them done. She re-did them that night and guess what, a week later the same exact thing happened.
I was ready for a refund, but she suggested I go to someone else that she knew, who "had more experience". I went to her and now a week later, they are actually looking pretty good, the top darker layer has peeled off and it revealed a much lighter natural looking color. I still have to go back to get them touched up but I am so pleased with them.
My advice to you all, definitely get them done. Not only does it save you time but it looks great and is totally worth it =)

I'm sorry to have to tell you this, but I don't think your eyebrows look good at all, not if that's your photo to the right of the posting. The eyebrows on this page look like 'hooks' on the inner edge, they are too thick, and they don't seem to follow the natural arch of the browline. They also look too straight for the shape of your face-- kind of pencil-shaped-- instead of nicely arched. I also suspect that photos of you taken from different angles would reveal a not-so-flattering eyebrow shape. This is just one straight on photo--why not post photos taken from you at an angle? [Which in truth is how most people see your brows anyway--the photo posted here is just a straight-on shot, like someone looking at themselves straight on in the mirror]. Sorry, but I have to warn other women (and men) out there. The woman in the photo to your right (maybe you) would look so much better if the tattooist had made her brows thinner, more arched, and without 'hooks' and 'worms.' It looks like she used a tattoo gun. BAD NEWS.
