I am almost 6 mo post BR. Just had liposuction this past wk on my side boob! I thank you for posting pics of your journey. It is nice to see your shape has remained good through the months. My greatest fear is they will grow back! Do u still sleep in a bra? I do, but it is getting old. I just don't want them to drop! You look wonderful

Hey Letitiah! I'm so glad you are doing well. You are frequently on my mind and I appreciate you checking in with us. Sounds like you are doing great. The whole tummy thing is so much easier to work on without the extra load on your back, neck, and shoulders. Plus you feel so good about your amazing looking breasts that you are more motivated to get the rest of you in shape. You will do great...and the Wii is great! Amazing that a toy can make you sweat!!

hello im glad to see your doing well but girl im wondering cause you siad know you can seeyour stomach thats how i feel i know i have a stomach under these breast im so scared its gone look like im prego after BR how are you still feeling with the stomach and the new breast sitution please let me know i also am ur old size42 I and my breast reduction is in a few months please let me know i am very worried about if my stomach is gone show more have you lost any weifht since surgery please let me know god bless....

Hi there, you're looking great! And congratulations on the no smoking, I know first hand how hard that can be. This month on the 20th I'll be 6 years smoke free but it wasn't easy.

A website you might like is quitnet.com They have a lot of cool info & you put in your quit date & how much you smoked,price per pack, etc & you'll get updates telling you how much money you saved, home long its been since you smoked & how many days you've added to your life, I'm up to 11 months, 9 days, 1 hour. :)

Hi Letitiah. I'm glad you updated. I had been thinking of you. How are you feeling today? Are you still smoke free? I hope you are feeling better. Just remember that in another month or two you will be back to your regular activity level and you can start working on that stomach. I seem to be a bit obsessed with my middle as well, and I think it is just because we can see it more now. And since you stopped smoking you have more time to focus on other things. Just remember that your top priorities right now are making sure you are recovering from surgery as well as you can, and that you have completely kicked the smoking habit. If you feel strong enough and recovered enough you could start doing some yoga. You would be amazed at how good that makes you feel physically and mentally. Your middle would start to firm up, you wouldn't think about the smoking, and you would just feel more relaxed in general. We are all here to cheer you on!

Letitiah, I'm just a few days out of surgery and it is great to read your story, thank you for sharing. I think you are beautiful! I'm sorry you're feeling bad about your body. I notice that I'm having lots of feelings about the size of my lower half. I wonder if we just get so used to having our top halves be so big, that when they get proportional to our bottoms, we just feel all unbalanced - I certainly am having those feelings!! Yesterday, I was feeling really blue and then I remembered how heartbroken I was when my breasts first grew (I developed late, in high school). I just felt like a total freak. It took me many years to come to love my breasts and feel they were sexy and beautiful. Once I remembered that, I felt better about having these feelings now. Of course it will take me a while to get used to these new breasts! Of course my body seems out of proportion. Add to that the fact that I just look kind of pale and exhausted from the surgery and it's a recipe for feeling bad about myself. So I'm cutting myself lots of slack and deciding not to worry about feeling blue and just using this community to feel better. Hope it's helping you, too.

Hi Letitiah! Once you are able to exercise again you can do pilates and core work, but most people I know who've had the surgery say that they've lost weight and their stomachs get smaller. About the hives, have you been using anything on the scars? I know a lot of women who break out from Mederma or other scar reduction products. Hope things clear up for you!
