My life changed the very moment I picked up my mobile and nervously called Cosmetic Culture Penrith. From the receptionist, to the clinic manager, to the practice nursing staff, surgical staff......right down to the most amazing Doctor I have sat down with...... My journey to restore my totally smashed self confidence began- not only have I never looked back, not once have I ever felt uncertainty or regret. Dr. Tim was so professional, straight forward and completely upfront with my husband and I my initial consultation, so much that at first it shocked me slightly. I have been a Nurse for 7years and never had I heard, nor been involved in such a truthful conversation. After my nerves settled I looked deeper into our discussion and found because I am a nurse I was able to interpret, he was speaking to me as the health professional I was. The respect I developed that instant propelled me into my journey at an amazing speed- there was never doubt in my mind from that moment that I would receive anything less than the best possible care and service from Dr. Tim and his team. Every question, every concern, every random thought was attended to within 24hrs from Dr. Tim or his practice manager. Every step of the way I felt totally supported and never judged by any my queries. I had several visits to the clinic, as I took quite some time to decide on implant size, never once did the staff get frustrated with my indecisiveness- they continually gave me guidance and there undivided attention. My husband attended, my mother attended and each time they explained everything over and over, and even when I had to bring in my kids they would treat them with so much care and attention, it was breath taking to see. The procedure day came and I wasn't even nervous. Dr. Tim and his surgical staff were second to non...... The professionalism oozed from them all. Recovery time was 10 times less than expected and the after care was phenomenal once again. I went from a size 10A+ to a size 10D and I absolutely love the size- it's perfect for me! Originally I was worried about being too big and was thinking small C but after several months and visits I realised it was other peoples anticipated opinions that was holding me back- through chats with Dr. Tim and his practice manager, my husband and my mum we all thought slightly larger would be a better option and it was!!!!! It has been over a a year now since my surgery and I am just about to complete my first health challenge- a 12wk body shape and tone up challenge...... my BA has made me proud of my body and Dr. Tim did the most flawless job, just as he set out to do..... My body is the best it has been in 16yrs and first the first time ever I am proud to openly discuss my experience as it has been so unbelievable, it seems a waste to keep it quiet any longer. Dr. Tim was professional, compassionate, skilled and has a perfect attitude to his craft. His bedside manner, his practice staff, his attire- right down to his fancy little white coat he occasionally sports- puts you at ease the moment he welcomes you into his office. An amazing person to know and put all your trust in. I literally couldn't fault him nor his carefully selected team. I would consider further procedures down the track with him should my needs arise- I have 100% confidence in him and his mastery in his chosen field. Thank you Dr. Tim for changing my life and giving me a second chance at happiness...... It's been the most positive and exciting journey!!!!!
