It's been 24 hours since my procedure. I had my upper and lower abs done as well as my hips. I decided on smart lip due to the 'baby beIly I cannot get rid of. I am 5'8" and weight 151. I am extremely sore today. Much more than I thought I would be. There were some very uncomfortable moments during my procedure -- the most during the actual removing of the fat. The doctor and nurse were very nice and made sure I was ok throughout the procedure. I only have minor bruising today. My garment is snug, but not bad at all. My husband did need to help me get it back on after I showered.
