Honestly this is a procedure for a skinny person to get if they need a centimeter taken off .. It took a little tiny speck of fat off me that Is barely noticeable . Too expensive for the lack of result in my opinion. And it hurt like hell.

I wouldn't necessarily say skinny person but I totally agree it was a complete waste of money. I am a petite person and I did not notice a loss of fat at all. I will never do it again.

The procedure did not work on me either. I am 5 ft 2, weigh 118 llb when I had coolsculpting down. I worked out intensively for 2 months, watching my diet and now weights 109 lbs. Actually coolsculpting did not help but I feel rather worsen my condition. I still see a small lump on my stomach in the area when the applicator was put on.

Honestly I did not go back to the provider as I was so disappointed and also I felt when I first had the treatment that they were trying to sell me another treatment for a different area. Keep in mind I am not heavy but have some access in certain areas.
No I am not considering any other treatment although I consider a treatment that would firm and tighten the area for me. As I mentioned before, I felt the area that I had coolsculpting down seems to have the slight buldge there and the skin is a little loose there. The best way to go is to some intensive work out. I have lost about 10 lbs and feel great with working out and not eating too much junk food.

I did not suffer much pain but there were no results. In fact I feel that the my skin in my treated area (abdomen) seems looser than prior to treatment. I feel I just wasted my money.
