Update coming soon!

Hi everyone, I've had many comments asking me to post an update. Unfortunately I'm going through a very, very busy couple of months and haven't had a chance to write one yet! About the breasts, oh well, I knew it might happen: I am... disappointed. The result is now stable and I have gained about half a cup, which means I now have a full A/small B, starting with an empty A. I came to the conclusion than no matter how good the surgeon is (mine was great) and the amount of fat injected (360 cc per side, that's quite a lot), what matters the most is the breast tissue you already have to host the graft. In my case: not much. I guess planning 2 or 3 smaller sessions would be a safer bet that injecting a whole lot at once. My surgeon expected a loss of 30%; I think I only have 30% left at best :D They look just like before (i.e. flat from breastfeeding), but I do have a little cleavage when wearing a push up, which is quite an improvement. I'm now seriously thinking about having small implants to add this little perkiness I'm completely missing. We'll see! About the lipo, id' say I'm 80% happy. From top to bottom: - hips look fine, but I still have some numbness. I love getting massages on my lower back, I hope the sensation will come back. - saddlebags look much better - inner thigh... mmmh not so happy. My skin is really bad there (strechmarks, excess skin from weight loss) and the result is a little irregular, nothing catastrophic though. I had realistic expectations about this part, but well, I wonder if I could do something about it. - knees: all good! - calves/ankles: I'm really happy about this part. It might not look as a big change from the outside but to me, it makes all the difference. I feel much more confortable wearing skirts. 2 things: sensation hasen't come back in the inner ankles and they're not perfectly smooth, but again, nothing you would notice without looking for if. I still get minimal swelling at the end of the day, maybe that's why. The scars are minimal and are starting to fade, I barely notice them anymore and only hide the ones on the calves & anlkes with a little make up.

3 weeks update

3 weeks already! Feeling good. Pictures soon.

- About the breasts: shrinking, shrinking... B cup now, perfectly soft. They don't look as big and beautiful as two weeks ago, but they are still much better than what I had before and feel absolutely natural :) If I look for them I can feel very small lump disappearing one after the other. Minor bruising left.

- About the legs: better everyday. The swelling is almost gone on the thighs. The ankles and lower legs are already much better but ten to swell a lot during the day. If I wear my compression socks long enough I can really see my ankles are - or will be - MUCH thinner (maybe it's not obvious on the pictures but it's much better).

The bruising is still pretty visible. I'm confident about the scars, they'll be hardly noticeable once they get white.

My only concern is my inner thighs where I had very bad skin with numerous stretch marks and where I obviously have a (small) visible skin excess, unfortunately... I didn't expects a perfect result there, but still, they don't have a youthful appearance.

2 weeks update

Hello everybody!

I don't have the pictures yet but I wanted to give some news anyways. A two weeks:

- pain: almost none. I just have to be careful that my toddlers don't kick me in the legs. Otherwise I'm fine! I can even squat now.

- boobs: the swelling is going down... And so is the size. They are much smaller (although still satisfying) and have shrinked from a very firm C cup to a soft B cup. I hope they won't get much smaller!! The bruising is almost gone. A few firmer spots here and there but you have to look for them.

- Legs: goodbye swollen feet! At last! The legs are healing good and I have less oedema. Hard lumps on the lower back and inner thighs, and my legs are hard from the ankle to mid calves, although much less swollen. The bruising is better but still there. The scars are really tiny and healing well.

My only concern is about the inner thigh - I had really poor skin with a lot of strech marks there - where I seem to have a little more loose skin. It's not too bad and I knew it was a risk prior to surgery.
