“First Rhinoplasty Left Me (Also) with Asymetrical Nose. Need Some Advice Please - Paris, France”
Spent: $6,340 in Paris
Pros
The nose is smaller, it illuminates the face, The face seems more reffined.
Cons
Very very expensive...not a great experience
Lake of humanity...
Why me ? A problem (the nose was a bit strong) desapear and an other problem came (quite asymetrical)
First , The doctor starts to be really rude, saying it was nothing, I shouldn't be "sad"...than, he could correct the problem with out any difficulty. Now, He seems lost and it is a specialist so I am quite worry.
An other cons
The fact that you have to pay the day you wake up. I was alone in the clinic, quite tired because you can't rest during the night as there is a lot of noise from the nurses. Than you wake up, and they ask you a check...not a good feeling.
Than The doctor ask me if I coud leave early because they needed the room.
I have to say that it is one of the best doctor and clinic of the city....
Why I did it?
Need a change in my life (not a very good reason, I know). It was now or never (time to do it). Long time I was thinking there were a problem...

To others I will recommend to really take their time. If they are sure, please see more than 2 doctors, and it's not because it's the most expensive that it is the best. I think you have to see as much as you can, and ask all the questions. Also ask, what happens if there is a problem ? Will you be there? Will I hae to pay again ? and best to have some writting confirmation if possible. Listen to your instinct/feelings.

I'm sorry you're not happy with your outcome. I know that rhinoplasties are very intricate procedures and it is not unusual for them to require a revision. I hope this isn't the case with yours. I don't know how long ago you got your rhinoplasty, but I'm hoping this is just normal swelling and that it will settle down and even out with time.
My rhhinoplasty was done in june; I just hope that the next operation is going to be fine, I am a bit anxious about it.
I also have the feeling, that it is not fair as I didn't do anything wrong (one of the best surgeon, rest after the operation...)
Anywhay, I also hope there is a solution to this "problem"...
Sorry the surgeon acted this way.
Maybe it is a good start with a smaller nose and now the surgeon can really concentrate on the fine work.
I was thinking of having a rhinoplasty done in Paris. Is that where you had yours? Would you mind sharing the name of your surgeon, so that I make sure I don't go to the same surgeon?
Cheers
Soph
