I've wanted to get a tt for a few years and finally did it!!! I've been struggling with weight in my mid-section for years. It's only been a few days since the TT. I know I will be happy in the next few weeks, but right now I am concentrating on the recovery. I am in a bit of shock seeing my tummy & my belly button in this state, but that too will change over the next few weeks. I did not expect the pain of the first few days. Back pain is painful from being hunched over and sleeping in a recliner. Drains don't bother me. All in all I am so happy I did this. I can't wait for the final results. Hopefully I was worth it.

I"m now 7 days post op and WOW what a difference a few days can make! I am definitely feeling better. I even went out to the store today. Honestly I am still in a little pain, but very managable. Drains are still in and I find them a little bothersome. The Biggest challenge is my back. It is so uncomfortable no matter what position. Massive itching started yesterday which is very annoying. Besides all these negative comments, I am still very happy I did this. I cannot wait to see what I look like in my jeans :) Although my hips are so swollen I cant put those on just yet.
