She is fantastic! I mean that. I have been back to her for many other things that were issues in my life. She is so tiny herself, but treats you with the caring of a mother. And I am 3 times her size! Dr. Ganchi and the Paramus Surgical unit were very caring and the office staff(and I have to mention Debbie) ,treat you like family. They really care!

I am 63 years old and look much younger, thanks to her. Not in an artificial way either.  Had been insecure about my breasts forever and decided to "go for it"! Dr. Ganchi made everything turn out perfect! I had the normal pre jitters and of course the pain after, when really it was not as bad as I thought it would be.
