Breast Augmentation. Paramus, NJ

I decided to undergo a breast augmentation because I felt that having bigger breasts would make me look more womanly and shapely. I had two consultations with Dr. Gartner, where we discussed exactly what I should expect from my surgery. He made me feel very comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. Day of surgery, I think I was his first patient. When I was in the surgical outfit, I started getting nervous but the nurse calmed me down. Before surgery, Dr. Gartner wanted to confirm my size. I went from a size 32B to a 32D with 385cc in my right and 400cc in my left. The surgery took around 1 and a half or 2 hours. I only got local, so I wasn’t sleeping. It was amazing to have the surgery, and being awake the whole time. That was really cool because I could talk to the nurses and Dr. Gartner the whole time. Everything went great. I was in his surgery center for a few hours after and was discharged home in the late afternoon.

After my breast augmentation, I didn’t have too much pain but felt a little swollen and bruised. I didn’t need to wear a bra but after a couple of weeks Dr. Gartner said to start wearing one when my breasts settled into the right place. Overall, my recovery was excellent. My breasts look amazing and they look so natural. I feel a lot more confident about myself now. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Gartner and his staff. They were so professional and caring, I definitely made the right decision.

I am 4 months post op breast augmentation and am very pleased with the results so far. I was referred by a good friend and was very satisfied that everything she told me was true. The day of the surgery went very well. My scars are healing very nicely. I got exactly what I wanted. I went from a flat like a board to WOAH MOMMA.
