What can I do to ease the swelling?
I posted new pics on June 5th with my garment on but without my garment my butt doesn't pop! I didn't want to do round 2 but the way things look I'm gonna have to. I know when u gain weight u gain in your butt, but I'm scared because I don't want to get fat in the lipoed areas. With dr salma i have to wait a year but with dr shulman i have to wait 6months. The way my body feels i may have to wait a year i'm still very swollen and sore. I started at the gym and oh my gosh I think I over did it I was in bed all day Thursday swollen and in pain. What r some some suggestions to ease the swelling?
