Yes I did saline implants under the muscle through an incision underneath my breasts. I was sore for like a week but I was up and moving the day of surgery, the day after was the worst... I would say a had virtually no pain after like 10 days- 2 weeks but it took like a a month for the swelling to go down and like 6 weeks for them to settle. People will say saline feel/ look less real but that is definitely not the outcome I got with mine, no one who meets me realizes their fake until I tell them.

I was nervous when looking for a surgeon but the staff was wonderful, very nice, and informative. DR. Gartner was excellent--I was told by many people how painful the surgery would be and at most my pain was a 5 post-op. I couldn't have imagined the outcome would be as great as it is--couldn't be happier with the results!
