Dr. Gartner did a phone consultation w/ me since I live 3hrs away. He was very thorough, curtious, and knowledgable. He seems to be a truly nice individual. His staff is very helpful too. I am planning on getting my surgery done w/ in the next couple of months. I am afraid to go under general anes. so I am going for the awake aug. I chickened out back in Dec. but am ready for sure now. His staff have been very patient w/ me as I bothered them w/ many questions. He seems like a good choice.

Hi rdy4tatas! Thank you for Inboxing me, I tried to inbox you back, but it won't allow me to, so I will have to check into why I am not able to. Here's a cute little story from many years ago, hopefully to encourage you and others in some way. I once helped at a children's event, and I was assigned to teach the children to weave these little cups that they could take home with them. The yarn was multicolored and fine, so it took time to weave the little cup. This one little boy came up to me almost in tears, he was very upset. He showed me his cup, perfectly woven with the exception of one missed loop that showed a small portion of white cup. I told him not to worry, he could unwind it down to the mistake and I'd help him to re-weave it so it would be perfect.... "OR" he could leave it like it was because it showed a little personality, and I really liked it that way with some personality! He looked at it, and big smile split across his sweet little face with big brown eyes and tons of adorable freckles, and he proudly said, "Yeah!, My cup has personality!" His parents came to get him, and he proudly showed them the little cup he wove and pointed out that it even had a little personality! He then looked at me, and said right!? I nodded my head, gave him a hug, and said "that's right"! He was one happy boy with a cup that was uniquely his! So if you have a little bump on your nose, it's just a little personality shining through beautiful you! (Phil 4:8) xxxx
