After reading the reviews I would say that the pain issues have a lot to do with the individuals tollerance to pain. I've been told that I have a fairly high tollerence to pain and the proceedure to me was just slightly uncomfortable.
It takes over an hour with all this crap in your mouth and that really was the most irratating part to me. This in not something I would recommend to my wife as she has a very low tollerance to pain and discomfort.
As to the results, I just had it done yesterday and it looks great now but I have to hold judgement a month or so when the results will speak for themselves.
