Everything is going great! I have a lots of swelling but my tip dropped a lot. Been using arnica gel for swelling. I'm also doin nasal exercises to see if that helps with swelling. Weird thing is when I wake up in the morning my nose is very swollen on the tip until I apply the arnica gel, has that happened to anyone? Im also still cleaning scabs inside so can't get good sleep at times.

Okay so I had my surgery last week it was an open nose and tomorrow I get stitches and splints out. Right now I'm not feeling the turned up nose look. So far that is what I see and my nostrils seem to be fatter. I'm praying this is all of swelling. From previous experiences is this natural after surgery? And what causes this

It is a big deal! But you'll make it through. Just make sure your doctor is a board certified rhinoplasty specialist. Let us know how it goes!
