Scars after one month....

Hi all! I had a request to see my scars since I had a vertical incision for my removal, rather than the crease incision. I already had a scar there from the lift, so I guess it was the best way to go. I think my doc did a pretty good job - they are a lot thinner and lighter looking in real life. The picture makes them look wider and darker. I am happy for one month out!
Don't mind the redness and the spots - I had some chafing from my sports bra. I find that my skin is super sensitive since the surgery.

Big day TODAY - my first implant-free RUN and YOGA practice!!!

Hi Explant Sisters! Hope everyone is well and taking good care of themselves. So it will be 3 weeks tomorrow since I had my implants removed, and I am so excited to be starting my workouts! Yay! I went for a ver long and fast power-walk the other day and unfortunately ended up with a blister on my ribcage, from my sports bra (the band) rubbing at the edge of the steri-strips. Ouch!! The skin was rubbed right off, but thankfully it is nowhere near my incision. I think it will be okay for a run as long as I keep some gauze overtop of it to protect from my sports-bra band.
Here is a picture from yesterday - its hard to tell if I am getting 'perkier' or not, because I see myself everyday, and I am being kind of hard on myself for being out of shape and gaining weight. Oh well - that will all take care of itself now that I can workout again. I am so pumped!!! I am going to stick to practicing yoga at home today, I am worried about picking up germs since I have this open blister. The last thing I want is an infection.
And tomorrow I start 12 weeks of "therapeutic movement" Yoga Teacher Training - yay!!!! I am already certified in hatha yoga, but this will be something different and really help me in my ultimate goal of teaching yoga to veterans and others with depression, eating disorders etc. (all on a volunteer, non-profit basis).
Here are my pics! Thanks for reading and please keep me updated on your progress, healing, etc!

Stitches out, feeling good, working hard to accept the "droop"!

Hi all!
Just a quick update on day 10 post-explant! I got my stitches removed yesterday, and I was sooooo happy to see that my scars look pretty good right now. My ps had a really hard time getting the tape off, and he said that the red/pink patch of skin was likely a result of the tape - I guess that boob did not like the tape very much. It feels so good to have the stitches out, and some thin steri-strips on the scars. He said if the steri strips are still on in a week, that I could peel them off.
I am going back to see him in 2 weeks. I started putting some Bio-oil on the upper part of my breasts, nowhere near the scars (until I am sure they are healed closed). I am trying not to get too bummed out at the stretch marks and the droopiness. I guess I was expecting that the original "lift" i had with the implants would be more noticeable. I guess they are not as lifted as they should be because there were 370cc implants behind them lol!
I also notice that there is still some animation deformity (boobs flatten out and move up and outwards when I flex my pecs) -- did anyone else notice this? I am hoping that it is not too noticeable once I head back to the gym. Still -- its wayyyyyy better than having the implants!
Here are a few photos from yesterday. I am still wearing sports bras 24/7, but I am going to a party tonight and might wear a soft-cup regular bra -- I hate having the mono-boob look that the sports bra gives, and it feels really un-feminine.
Thanks for reading, and I hope you are all doing well, no matter what stage in the explant journey you are at! Later!
